Is there a minimum order quantity?
No — single pieces are welcome for personal gifts and one-off designs, with better unit pricing automatically applied at higher quantities for team and corporate orders.
Can I upload my own logo or design?
Yes. Upload artwork or a photo, add text, and leave directions in the Create studio — our team can also help with layout or design if you need it.
How do I pay?
Payment happens off-platform, after you approve your quotation and invoice — by bank transfer or M-Pesa. Nothing is charged automatically.
Do you deliver outside Nairobi?
Nairobi rider delivery and in-store pickup are available at checkout. For other areas in Kenya, message us on WhatsApp and we'll arrange it.
